Microsoft acquiring Greenfield Online
US based software giant Microsoft has confirmed that they are now going to acquire Greenfield Online.
Greenfield Online is a Web-based online survey company and the deal is worth around $486 million.
They were earlier in talks with U.S. buyout firm Quadrangle Group which failed to match the offer made by Microsoft for this deal.
