Cisco acquiring PostPath for $215 million
Cisco is now taking on Microsoft with their latest acquisition.
They are now acquiring PostPath Inc. for $215 million.
With this, they would now be able to provide solutions like e-mail and calendar applications.
PostPath applications compete with Microsoft Exchange solutions for corporate customers.
Cisco would combine their technologies with WebEx video-conferencing product which they had acquired last year.
Cisco also has another product range named TelePresence which caters to the similar market.
