Oracle acquiring ClearApp
Database industry giant Oracle has announced that they are now acquiring ClearApp.
ClearApp specializes in developing software for managing the performance of composite applications in SOA environments.
The two companies expect to complete the deal by the end of the year.
Oracle said that they would be using technologies gained by this acquisition in their Enterprise Manager platform.
ClearApp is based in Mountain View, California and also has software that supports the competing IBM’s WebSphere.
