Now Fiat aims to launch the world’s cheapest car!
Tata Nano would become the cheapest car in the world when it launches later this year provided the company can sort out the manufacturing plant issue currently bugging it in West Bengal.
Now, Fiat has announced that they have their own plans to launch the cheapest car in the world in 2010.
This car would be coming to India and would compete with Nano.
Fiat has however not revealed the pricing of their own cheap car.
Incidentally, Fiat and Tata are partners in the Indian market.
While Tata Nano would be launched in the Indian market first, Fiat said that the launch of their car would be on a global scale.
