New Honda Insight to be shown at the Paris auto show
Japanese automaker Honda has said that they would be showcasing the prototype of their low-cost hybrid car at the upcoming Paris Auto Show.
This model is named Insight similarly to their previous Hybrid model.
Honda plans to launch this in the market by early next year as they aim to challenge Toyota in this segment of the market.
Honda added that they aim to sell 200,000 units of this model annually. Half of these sales are expected from the US market.
The company further said that they would try to price this car at prices less than 2 million yen. It would be sold in Japan along with Europe and USA.
