Skoda India aims to launch 4-8 models in coming years
Skoda India has said that they are working on plans to launch around 4-8 vehicles in the Indian market in the coming years.
The aim is to make India one of their bigger markets worldwide. Skoda cars are loved here in India and customers appreciate the value for money deal they get from the Czech automaker.
Skoda Auto India Member of the Board (Sales and Marketing) Thomas Kuehl spoke about their goals: “We want to enter the top five in the next 3-5 years and hence we will be introducing between 4-8 models in the country.”
The company aims to launch SUVs, MUVs and a car that would be priced below their Fabia model.
Skoda Fabia is currently their cheapest offering in the Indian market. They also sell Octavia, Laura and Superb.
