Hyundai aims to become largest automaker in India!
Hyundai Motor India has been in the Indian market for almost 10 years now.
The company has done well for itself becoming one of the dominating players with their cars.
They are now aiming to take the number 1 spot from long time leader Maruti Suzuki.
Hyundai said in a statement: “We hope to become the no 1 car major. While our current market share in the domestic market stands at 22 per cent, we hope to become the largest car manufacturer in the time to come.”
Maruti Suzuki dominates the Indian market with a market share touching 40%.
Hyundai is scheduled to launch some new models including the brand new car Hyundai i20.
