MySpace lines up impressive advertisers for MySpace Music launch
Social networking service MySpace is all set to launch their digital media service later this month.
This new service is called MySpace Music and it would provide free music listening experience to millions of their subscribers.
This streaming music would be supported by advertisers and the company already has listed a few major ones including McDonald’s, Sony Pictures, Toyota and State Farm.
Jeff Berman, president of sales and marketing at MySpace spoke about the new developments: “With MySpace Music integration, premium brands are offering our users and their customers new ways to discover, experience, and share music online and offline.”
They have already collaborated with the three of the biggest music labels in the world: Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group.
They are currently in talks with EMI.
