HCL Technologies considering big US acquisitions
Indian IT giant HCL Technologies has said that they are considering making some big acquisitions worth between USD 1-2 billion.
They are planning to close the deals by 2010-11.
They have identified some fields where they want to expand into. These are: engineering services, enterprise application, infrastructure management and enterprise transformation services.
Vineet Nayar, CEO, HCL Technologies said in a statement: “Next two years will be crucial for HCL Technologies because of our proactive research and search for transformation acquisitions. We are active in all three zones of acquisitions and we have a good balance sheet to fund our plans.”
