Maruti A-Star coming to India in November
Maruti Suzuki India is going to launch their latest model A-Star in the Indian market in November this year.
The car would come powered with a 1-litre K-series petrol engine.
This engine has been developed in-house by the Suzuki engineers.
Suzuki A-Star would first be launched in India. it would be manufactured here and would be exported to their international markets.
Suzuki is expected to offer this model in as many as 150 countries.
Market analysts believe that the company would price this model close to Rs. 4 lakhs. It would compete with Hyundai i10, Tata Indigo.
Incidentally, Maruti already has their Swift which is pretty close to this price segment of the market.
