Google, Yahoo delays the implementation of ad deal
Google and Yahoo have announced that they are now delaying the implementation of their search advertising deal.
The deal was to be implemented this month. Google would be powering some of the ads which run on Yahoo search result pages in USA and Canada.
Google decided to delay the implantation to enable the U.S. antitrust regulators review the deal to give their judgment.
Google said in a statement that it has agreed to “a brief delay” in implementing the agreement as they are still in talks with the Department of Justice.
