VeriSign sells off their stake in Jamba to News Corp
VeriSign has announced that they have now sold their minority stake in the mobile joint venture company Jamba to partner News Corp.
The deal is worth around USD 200 million.
With this News Corp is now the sole owner of the company.
VeriSign said that they decided to get rid of their stake as they want to concentrate on their core businesses.
News Corp with this deal has now further enhanced their mobile services.
