Jet Airways announces job cuts to save money
Indian aviation sector might be booming but it is costing a lot of money for the airline companies.
Almost all of them are making huge losses.
Jet Airways has now announced that they are laying off more than 600 cabin crew and customer care executives.
A company source was quoted as saying: “We have laid off some 600 cabin crew and customer care executives to cut down on cost and service the expansion.”
Jet Airways has also entered into a collaboration with rival Kingfisher Airlines and they would work together to service their customers.
