State Bank of India to be sole loan provider for Tata Nano?
Market sources are pointing towards a deal between State Bank of India and Tata Motors.
The deal would make State Bank of India the only finance provider for their upcoming Tata Nano model.
The reports also claim that the dealers would only accept cheques issued from SBI for orders placed for the Nano!
Even demand drafts would have to be issued by the same bank if the customer wants to pay through this method.
Tata Nano is being called the people’s car of India and SBI is the preferred bank of the common man in India.
However, the limitations to place an order for Tata Nano seems to be over the top!
