LinkedIn raises $22.7 million investments

LinkedIn is one of the most popular social networks online for business connectivity.

The company has revealed that they have now raised an additional $22.7 million in investments.

This additional investment would help them to grow even further with additional financial security.

These new investments were made by Bessemer Venture Partners in addition to SAP Ventures, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and The McGraw-Hill Companies Inc.

market sources say that this latest round of investment puts the value of the company at an astounding USD 1 billion.

LinkedIn said that they are not drawing money from these fresh investments yet but they are keeping it for potential future requirements.
