Maruti cars expensive by as much as Rs. 6000
Ahead of the festive season, Maruti Suzuki has raised the prices of some of their models.
The price hike is between Rs. 2000-6000.
Price hike on specific models:
Maruti 800: Rs. 2000
Maruti Alto: Rs. 2500
Maruti Zen Estilo: Rs. 3000
Maruti Wagon R: Rs. 3000
Maruti Omni: Rs. 2200
Maruti SX4: Rs: 6000
Maruti Versa: Rs. 3500
Maruti Gypsy: Rs. 5500
Maruti Swift: Rs. 4500
Maruti Swift Dzire is one of the few models which has not seen any price hike.
The company said that the price hike was essential as the costs of manufacturing has increased in the recent months.
