Mercedes Benz India continues to sell more cars than ever!

Auto market in India might be coming under intense pressure due to rising interest rates and poor economic conditions but Mercedes Benz India continues to shine.

Mercedes Benz India has managed to overcome the problems in the market to sell 3,141 luxury cars in the Indian market this year.

These sales were achieved in the first 10 months of the year. Compared to last year it is an improvement of around 47%.

Company sales and marketing director Sanjiv Sahajwala said in a statement on their improved performance: “Experts are saying that these are difficult times as far as both the global and domestic economies are concerned. But we have still managed to grow.”

He added about the car finance situation in the Indian market: “In the first ten months of last year, 70 per cent of units were sold through the financing route but this year the figure is down to 58 percent.”
