Ford Ikon gets 1.4-liter Duratorq engine
Ford has now launched an updated edition of Ford Ikon in the Indian market.
This new variant comes loaded with the company’s 1.4-liter Duratorq engine.
The same engine powers their Fiesta and the Fusion models.
This engine generates 68PS of power (at 4000rpm) and 160Nm of torque (at 2000rpm).
It also weighs less than the earlier engine that was powering the Ikon.
This would provide a good cheaper alternative for those customers who wants to buy an affordable diesel sedan.
