Maruti Suzuki closing on selling 10 lakh Alto in India

Maruti Suzuki are getting close to selling their 10 lakh unit of Maruti Alto in the Indian market.

They have already manufactured the 10 lakh unit at their plants earlier this year.

This model is exported to other countries including Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Greece, Austria, Ireland, the UK, France, Italy and Sweden.

Maruti Alto is currently the largest selling car in the Indian market.

It took the lead from Maruti 800 couple of years ago.

Maruti is also planning to start exporting this model to newer markets including Denmark, Hungary and Portugal in the coming months.
