Yahoo sued by DivX over advertising deal
Problems keeps on piling up for internet media company Yahoo as they now faced a lawsuit from DivX.
DivX has filed a lawsuit against Yahoo related to an advertising deal signed between the two companies.
They filed this lawsuit as Yahoo is planning to end their two-year advertising services agreement.
The company said that this decision would hurt their results for 2008 and 2009.
DivX said in a statement: “Yahoo!’s decision to breach is unjustified given DivX’s fulfillment of its obligations under the agreement.”
