Transitive Corp to be acquired by IBM
US based tech giant IBM has announced their plans to acquire privately-owned Transitive Corp.
IBM has not revealed the financial aspects of this latest acquisition deal.
IBM is already a partner of this company as they bundle their applications with software that it packages with some of its computer systems.
Transitive is based in Los Gatos, California. They also have a research and development team in Manchester, United Kingdom.
IBM’s latest deal is part of their plan to help clients optimize the efficiency and productivity of their computing infrastructure and improve the utilization of the servers that run them.
