Maruti has no plans to reduce prices of their models

India’s leading automaker Maruti has said that they have no plans to reduce the prices of their models to boost the sales of their cars.

The company said that reducing the prices is not going to help them beat the current recession in the market.

Maruti said that the high price of steel prevents any potential price cuts in their products.

A company representative confirmed: “There are no plans to reduce prices at the moment.”

The company has just launched their latest model A-Star in India which has been priced pretty close to their other models.
