Now Adobe announces plan to cut jobs
Adobe has joined the list of IT companies which are going to cut jobs to stay competitive in these tough times.
The software giant announced that they would be cutting around 600 jobs.
The company added that they are noticing less than expected demand for their recently launched Creative Suite 4 series of products.
Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen had this to say about the company’s position: “The global economic crisis significantly impacted our revenue during the fourth quarter. We have taken action to reduce our operating costs and fine-tune the focus of our resources on key strategic priorities.”
