BlueO: PVR to now set up entertainment centers
PVR has said that they are now going to establish entertainment centers with gaming zones and bowling alleys.
They are aiming to set up 12 such centers by 2012.
these would be established in shopping malls. PVR has revealed that these would be branded BlueO.
They are collaborating with Thailand’s Major Cineplex group for this venture.
PVR Cine Media CEO Gautam Dutta spoke about this new initiative: “The first of our bowling alleys would come up at Gurgaon. In the first stage, we plan to open these centers at 4-5 destinations like Bangalore and Chennai.”
PVR is already one of the largest multiplex cinema hall operators in the country.
