Hyundai India cut prices of their models

Hyundai India has announced a price cut on their cars.

The sales of automobiles has been slowing down due to weakening economy and higher interest rates.

Hyundai expects this price cut to help them increase their sales.

The prices on their models have been cut by up to Rs. 33,000.

Hyundai is also offer other goodies like free insurance and exchange bonus on their models.

Cuts:

Hyundai Santro is now cheaper by Rs 33,000 at Rs 299,000.
Hyundai Accent is now cheaper by Rs 7,200 to Rs 499,903.
Hyundai Verna is now cheaper by Rs 24,000.

Hyundai India senior vice-president (marketing and sales) Arvind Saxena spoke about this price cut: “The schemes announced should provide an impetus for our sales and offset part of the ownership cost, which has gone up considerably in the past few months.”
