Anil Shrikhande named the president of Rolls-Royce Indian operations
Rolls-Royce has named Anil Shrikhande as their president of Indian operations.
He would be looking after the Rolls-Royce operations and activities in India and South Asia.
The company said that this appointment highlights that India is an important market for Rolls-Royce.
Rolls-Royce chief executive John Rose said: “India is an important market for Rolls-Royce and I am very pleased to welcome Anil to the group. Anil brings extensive experience that will be very valuable to us as we continue to grow and develop our business in India and South Asia.”
Shrikhande had this to say on the appointment: “Rolls-Royce has a solid foundation built up over 75 years in India. I look forward to building on that and developing collaborations which capitalize on India’s growing competencies in manufacturing and technology services.”
