Ron Rittenmeyer to leave EDS by the end of the year
HP has revealed that Ron Rittenmeyer who is the CEO of EDS would leave the company at the end of the year.
HP recently acquired the company for $12.6 billion.
The company added that they would now integrated EDS in their technology solutions group.
HP has also now named Joe Eazor to lead EDS business operations.
HP Chairman and Chief Mark Hurd added on the new developments in the company: “we are ahead of schedule with the integration of EDS, and combining TSG and EDS is the next step in that process.”
