Wal-Mart Stores almost confirmed to sell iPhone in the coming weeks

A Wal-Mart Stores has said that the retailing giant would soon start selling Apple iPhones through their stores.

Apple currently offer the popular smartphone through Best Buy in addition to their own stores and AT&T.

Sources say that the company would launch the iPhone in their stores before the end of the current month. They are likely to make available two models.

Reports in the market also say that Apple might reintroduce the 4GB edition of iPhone for an incredible price of USD 99 through Wal-Mart.

Shaw Wu, an analyst for Kaufman Brothers had recently said in a report: “A $99, Apple-branded cell phone is inevitable. One of the key things Apple needs to do to drive broader iPhone adoption is to build a more complete product line”.
