LinkedIn gets a senior Google executive

Dipchand “Deep” Nishar is going to leave the search engine giant Google to join professional social networking company LinkedIn.

He would become the vice president of products for LinkedIn.

He has been working as the Google’s senior director of products, Asia-Pacific.

Google spoke about Nishar: “We’re grateful for Deep’s contributions over the last five and a half years and wish him well in his new job.”

This is just the latest of the high profile executives who are leaving Google to join smaller companies.
