Reports: Toyota could report a loss for second half of the year
Japanese media sources are reporting that the country’s leading automaker Toyota could report an operating loss for the October-March period.
The company has not commented on these reports.
Yen is soaring and the vehicle sales are slowing down around the world. This is going to hurt Toyota a lot.
Market analysts are expecting the company to further cut its earnings forecasts.
Honda Motor too has hinted that it would be tough for them to meet its latest annual profit forecasts.
