LinkedIn gets a new Chief Executive Officer
LinkedIn has announced that they are now changing their CEO.
Reid Hoffman is the new CEO of the business social networking company.
He takes over from Dan Nye.
The company has also named Jeff Weiner, a former Yahoo executive vice president as their interim president.
LinkedIn said that these changes were not hostile but have been made to meet the needs of the market conditions.
The service caters to millions of users but few of them are regular visitors. They need to change this to become a major player in the social networking market.
