Maruti to start following voluntary fuel efficiency disclosure norm from January
India’s leading automaker Maruti is planning start following voluntary fuel efficiency disclosure norm from January.
The company has already officially stated the fuel efficiency of their recently launched model A-Star.
Maruti claims that A-Star gives 19.59 Km per liter and it is certified by ARAI.
Market sources say that the company has already started a comprehensive training program for their dealers in the country to implement this directive.
The company is in the process of getting all their models tested by ARAI for this program.
