Mahindra & Mahindra to sell stake in Swaraj Mazda
Market sources claim that Mahindra & Mahindra is considering selling its stake in the commercial vehicle maker Swaraj Mazda.
Mahindra is said to be in talks with Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation for this deal.
They own a 14.04 per cent stake in Swaraj Mazda. They gained this stake when they acquired Punjab Tractors Ltd.
Reports in the market claim that the stake is likely to be sold at around Rs 292 per share.
Mahindra has not commented on these rumors as of now.
