Tata Motors: Big loser for the month of December
Indian automaker Tata Motors has come out with their sales figures of December 2008.
the company has reported a drop in sales by 44%.
Tata Motors sold 23,894 units in December 2008.
Including exports, their sales were at 25,219 vehicles. This is also down 47%.
The sales of commercial vehicles is also down massively. Tata has reported that their sales of commercial vehicles fell by 51% to 14,056 units in December 2008.
