Canon launches 36 new products in India
Camera major Canon is targeting the Indian market in a huge way as the company launched as many as 36 new products here today.
The company is expecting these products to help then expand their customer base here in India, as they want to tap into the large potential of this emerging market for computing products.
Canon has set itself an aim of achieving an Rs 1,000 crore turnover during current fiscal. They would be focusing on digital printing, digital camera, and customer relationship segments to enhance their revenues from the Indian market.
Mr. Alan Grant, President, Canon said that they expect the digital camera segment to grow by more than 25 per cent in the near future. In addition, they are expecting massive growth from the digital printing segment.
