Common Admission Test 2008 results now available through SMS
CAT 2008 results are coming out today and the students who gave the exam have several sources to get the results.
The exam for this year was given by more than 2.5 lakh applicants throughout the country.
The results are available on the official CAT website and through SMS messaging.
Students just have to send an SMS to 57333.
The format for the SMS:
CAT < test registration number > < date of birth (DDMMYY) >
CAT < test registration number > < application number >
The website seems to be under heavy load so the students are advised to use the SMS method.
Update:
Pavneet Singh Gulyani of Punjab Engineering College has topped the IIM Common Admission Test with a 100-percentile score.
