Mahindra Xylo launched at Rs. 6.24 lakhs
Mahindra has finally launched their Xylo multi utility vehicle. The company had been promoting sneak previews of this model since several weeks now.
This new vehicle from the company is aimed at taking away sales from sedans. The company promises the comforts of a sedan with SUV flexibility in this new model.
Mahindra Group vice-chairman and MD Anand Mahindra spoke about Xylo: “The era of sedans is under serious threat. The sedan has long been considered the ultimate in high-end mobility but the Xylo is all set to change this perception.”
Mahindra Xylo has been priced between Rs 6.24 lakh and Rs 7.69 lakh for the different variants.
This is the company’s most ambitious project after the launch of the Scorpio which has become a favorite in its segment in the Indian market.
Only the diesel model has been launched for now. The company would launch a petrol edition of Xylo later this year.
Mahindra is now working on this next big product which would be a premium SUV codenamed W201.
