KPMG and Deloitte are the new auditors at Satyam
Satyam Computer Services has now announced the appointment of new auditors.
The company which has been going through rough times due the fraud committed by its ex-CEO revealed that KPMG and Deloitte are their new auditors.
PricewaterhouseCoopers was the auditors of Satyam while the fraud was being committed by the top management at the company.
They are currently helping the agencies with the investigations.
Satyam is also hoping to get a cash infusion from the government. This money is expected to be received as a loan instead of a bailout as rumors are claiming.
