IBM to open a new support center in Iowa
US based tech giant IBM has announced that they are establishing a new computer support center in Iowa.
This center would create as many as 1,300 new jobs in the region.
This news comes at a time when most other tech giants are cutting jobs to save money in their operations.
IBM said that this new center would provide security services and remote support to IBM customers.
IBM also announced that they are now going to work with Michigan State University to build a software development center in East Lansing. This center too would add jobs by employing 1,500 workers in the coming years.
