Harley-Davidson to cut 1100 jobs over two years
Harley-Davidson has become the latest automaker to announce a job cut.
The legendary bike maker would cut 1100 jobs over a period of two years.
The company also plans to close some facilities and consolidate others to cut costs.
Harley also came out with their latest revenue report and their profits have fallen down almost 60%.
They are now slashing their motorcycle shipments in 2009 as the demand is low in the market.
Harley said that they are slashing motorcycle shipments in 2009 to between 264,000 and 273,000.
