Kingfisher Airlines has cut salaries of pilots
Kingfisher Airlines has just announced a massive loss in their operations.
Market sources say that the company is now cutting salaries of their pilots.
Kingfisher Airlines has apparently enforced a cut of around 20 per cent in the salaries of its pilots.
An insider spoke about the cuts: “We joined on terms and condition clearly stating our basic pay and overtime rates. And now under the garb of downturn in the industry, they are cutting our salaries.”
The cut in salaries of pilots range between Rs 50,000 and Rs 80,000 per month.
A company representative said that the cuts in the pay scale of employees is in adherence with norms that are followed internationally.
