FedEx Freight to cut 900 jobs
FedEx unit FedEx Freight has announced that they are planning to cut 900 jobs from their operations.
These jobs would be eliminated from 130 of their facilities.
The company said that they had to take this hard decision due to weakening economic conditions.
FedEx Freight added that some of the fired workers would be given an opportunity to work in a different unit of the company.
The company assured that this job cut would not affect their services to customers.
