Forbes: Will Smith is the most bankable star

Forbes.com has named Will Smith as the Hollywood’s most bankable star in a survey.

Smith topped the list with a perfect score of 10.

He was followed by Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt was also tied for the second spot.

Forbes representative John Burman spoke about Smith: “He can move from doing the pop film to an ‘Ali’ to a ‘Seven Pounds’ to ‘The Pursuit of Happyness,’ so he’s able to play in all worlds and I think people just like watching him on screen.”

This list was compiled after talking with more than 150 entertainment industry professionals, including producers and directors.

Smith has had fairly successful movies in the recent times. Seven Pounds was his most recent movie and it has already made made more than $141.6 million worldwide.
