Hyundai Verna Automatic launched in India
South Korean automaker Hyundai has launched Verna Automatic in the Indian market.
This makes it the only diesel model in its segment to have an automatic version.
H S Lheem, managing director, HMIL spoke about Verna Automatic: “Hyundai Verna is a proven success in India and the new variant which also comes with an automatic transmission – a first for this segment – will further enhance customer delight and satisfaction. With the launch of the new Verna, we have once again raised the competitive bar for style, performance, safety and driving dynamics in India’s mid-size car segment”.

Hyundai Verna is now available in:
Petrol: 1.6 VTVT & 1.6 SX VTVT
Diesel: 1.5 CRDi VGT & 1.5 SX CRDi VGT
Hyundai Verna VGT SX is the Automatic variant.
