Force India to test 2009 season car this Sunday
Force India has announced that they would start the testing of their 2009 season Formula-1 car this coming Sunday.
The car would be showcased to the media on the same day as they prepare for the upcoming season.
The new car has been developed in collaboration with Mercedes who are providing the engine and some other components.
They are also going to use McLaren’s KERS device and gearbox in this new model named VJM02.
Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil have already been named as the team drivers for this season. They have been retained after the disastrous 2008 season.
The team is hoping for a better performance this season with fresh investments and a new engine supplier.
