New Toyota Innova is a hit!
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has revealed that the recently launched updated edition of Innova has been a hit in the Indian market.
The company said that they have already sold 3,647 units of the new Innova since its launch in January.
Toyota said that this new model has performed “well above expectations in all the key regions across North, East, South and West Zones”.
A company representative added that they are aiming to keep the momentum going on in the coming months as well.
Toyota has expressed their desire to bring hybrids to the Indian market including the Prius but they are waiting for the government to do something about the high duty structure that is applied on imported cars.
