Bharti Airtel to have nine different divisions with individual CEOs

India’s leading telecom company Bharti Airtel has announced that they are going to restructure their business operations into nine divisions with individual CEOs.

The company said that this has become necessary as they are expanding into new markets outside the telecom sector.

Some of these divisions would cater to individual segments like mobile commerce, entertainment, media, internet, enterprise services and small & medium businesses.

Bharti is expected to come out with more details sometime next month. The company recently announced a management shuffle.
