Ann Arbor News to go web only
Ann Arbor News in Michigan has announced that they are discarding their print edition.
They would print their last edition in July and would become a web only entity after that.
Publisher Laurel Champion said in a statement that they are starting a new online media company called AnnArbor.com LLC.
It would concentrate on showcasing local news content and other information for the community.
The publishers admitted that they are struggling to survive due to fall in advertising revenues.
Not everyone would be retained after the last print edition is released.
