IBM – Sun Microsystems announcement can come on April 6
IBM is said to be in talks with Sun Microsystems over a possible acquisition deal.
Market sources now say that an announcement can come as early as April 6.
IBM is said to be interested in paying between $9 and $10 a share for Sun.
This would make it probably the largest acquisition deal in the history for IBM.
IBM and Sun Microsystems have declined to comment on this latest story in the media.
None of the two companies have confirmed that the talks are going on.
