1.11 million vehicles sold in China last month

China continues to grow as an automotive market.

China Association of Automobile Manufacturers has revealed the sales figure for the last month.

The Chinese market saw sales of 1.11 million vehicles last month which is a record.

The market gained due to tax cuts and rebates provided on small cars.

The sales were up around 5% compared to the same period last year.

This was also the third time in a row that more cars were sold in China compared to the United States.
